Icy Escapades here, but you can also get the book from Scholastic to compliment it! We received both of these items for a fun winter day review! It was perfect because it had just snowed when they arrived. A perfect kick off the cold season activity. I loved it because I didn’t have to get “cold” in order to enjoy the winter weather! LOL My little guy LOVES trains and Chuggington is one of his favorite shows on Disney Junior!
In this fun new adventure he was able to join all the chugger gang as they battled the icy storms that hit Chuggington and they were able to problem solve there way out of them. As a mom I LOVE that he is learning great things while watching. From patience and problem solving to kindness and respect, Chugginton is a great show for kids of any age to watch. He loved watching this film and he enjoyed me reading the book afterwards! It’s amazing how different the activity was when watching the DVD versus reading. I loved the reading portion, as he asked questions as I read aloud to him and it made for a more one on one moment!
