- Apply the TRIA skin sensor (included) firmly against your skin in the area you plan to treat, then press the blue button until the light turns green.
- Get comfortable
- Select the highest comfort level that suits your personal tolerance by pressing the blue button once for Level 1 (low), twice for Level 2 (low-medium), three times for Level 3 (medium), four times for Level 4 (medium-high), and five times for Level 5 (high).
- Apply and overlap
- Apply the tip of the laser to the skin. Wait for the beep, then reapply by slightly overlapping the previous area. Repeat until you have covered the entire section
