Dance, Jump & Move! {ivivva athletica Clothing Review}

Ivivva, sister company to the well known and loved womens activewear brand, lululemon athletica, brings tweens and teens their own soft and luxurious line of activewear. Each article of dance, gymnastics or movement based clothing by ivivva is made with high quality fabrics, like 4-way stretch luon, antistink and foam resistant materials. Superior performance is key to ivivva, so they go right to the source, their users, active young girls, and incorporate their ideas and needs into each design. Special features like comfortable flat seams, zipper garages to avoid getting pinched, and hidden built-in media pockets meet the desires of todays young ladies. When my daughters aren’t making up dance routines with the neighbors, you can find them tumbling around my living room or outside on their mats. Everyday I’m summoned at least 10 times to see their “new moves”. As a momma it makes me joyful to see them having a good time, doing what they love, and away from the T.V. and computer!

Woman And Man Dancing Under Light

Both girls were delighted when I showed them their new outfits from ivivva. Miss M. changed into her leotard, rhythmic short and routine jacket and got busy testing out the fabric while stretching and doing some handstands. Stretchability was fabulous. Her bodysuit stayed put around her heinie because of its awesome silicone gripper elastic. When she starts dance class this fall, the hidden pockets in her shorts and routine jacket will be perfect to carry a few dollars for snacks. Miss M. was also a big fan of the thumb holes in the routine jacket which keep her sleeves in place while moving. Miss S. slipped on her dance tank, ultra plush hoodie and customizable rhythmic tight. How cool are the rhythmic tights?! Not only are they reversible to coordinate with any top, but they also have bar tacks that allow me to hem them up into capris or shorts as she outgrows the length…..gotta love this money saving feature!! If the hoodie was a little larger, I would take ownership! It’s so heavy duty yet amazingly soft. It will keep her warm this winter while going to and from swim practice.
