Getting a 3D Smile {Crest and Oral-B #Review}

Everyone notices smiles.  Whether they are good or bad, they get noticed.  If they are going to get noticed no matter what, wouldn’t you want to make sure yours is getting noticed because it is good??  A great place to start on that smile is with Crest and Oral B.  Crest has entire line of 3D White products that all work together to give you the whitest smile possible.

We were given the opportunity to try out the Oral-B 3D Advanced Vivid Toothbrush, Crest 3D White Multi-Care Whitening Rinse, and Crest 3D White Advanced Vivid Stain Protection Toothpaste.  When I say “we” I mean Josh.  As soon as he saw the package and the goods inside, he willingly volunteered to do the review for me.  He loved the mouth wash, and I loved that he came to bed smelling so fresh.  I tried out the toothpaste (when he wasn’t looking) and love the foamy freshness it puts out.  I did not try the toothbrush, cuz GROSS!  He thought it was great, though.  After about a week, I was beginning to notice that his teeth seemed a little brighter.  It is a very gradual lightening, but it is there.  Overall, very impressive and very fresh!!  All three products will have a permanent place on my shopping list.  With 4 kids, we go through a lot of “tooth products.”  I have noticed that if I buy mouth wash, they use it.  They enjoy the swishing and washing.  So, why not??  If I but the mouth wash that is a few bucks, it’ll save me tons on filling cavities!

Smile Pretty! {Rembrandt #Review}

First impressions are important.  If you dress sloppy, people will probably think you’re a sloppy individual.  If you appear well groomed, people will most likely think you’ve “got it together”.  The first trait I notice when I meet a person is their smile.  Not only does a smile enhance facial features, but it also associates with happiness.  Who doesn’t want to be around happy people?!   Bring your smile to the next level by whitening your teeth with products from Rembrandt!

With Rembrandt products, like their new Stain Dissolving Strips, which are enamel-safe whitening strips that work on those tough surface stains like coffee or wine, and dissolve in just 5-10 minutes with nothing to remove, you’ll achieve the results of a brighter, whiter smile.  People will be staring at your beautiful pearly whites and wondering how they can get the same results.  They’ll be excited to hear that it doesn’t require going to the dentist!  I have used strips in the past, and they can be a bit messy when you pull them off after 20+ minutes.  Not so with these neat dissolving strips……you can feel them start to dissolve and disappear after minutes.  They have the typical “whitening product” taste, but the convenience is a highlight.  I’ve already received multiple compliments on my freshly whitened smile…..who doesn’t need a little positive attention once in a while :) .

Don’t stop at just whitening strips though, you can continue to whiten your teeth with specially designed toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, and even floss.  Yes, floss can help whiten.  I particularly love the Reach Total Care Plus Whitening, mint flavored floss.  It is thicker, almost rubber band like, and makes my teeth feel “dentist cleaned”.  Micro-grooves and baking soda work on all the stains in between teeth.

Does it become overwhelming in the toothcare aisle, with so many different style toothbrushes and pastes to choose from?  Honestly, I have tried so many brands it isn’t funny.  I’m not sure that there are huge differences, but I do like the whitening toothbrushes.  With special angled neck and bristles, the Reach Total Care toothbrush helps me reach all the areas I need to.  My Rembrandt Deeply White + Peroxide paste goes to work restoring enamel, and penetrates deep to whiten.  Simply using these items have maintained my whitening strip results for weeks.  They have been gentle enough for my sensitive teeth, too.

Sparkling White! {Crest 3D White Products Review and Giveaway}

People say the first thing they notice when they meet someone is their smile.  I have been told I have a nice smile, but I nit-pick and wish my teeth were straighter and whiter.  So, I was super excited when I found out that I was going to review Crest 3D Whitestrips and  Glamorous White Toothpaste. 

I have always wanted to try whitening products, but have been a little nervous (and cheap).  I did a lot of research on the Whitestrips before using them because I didn’t want to ruin my teeth.  Once I was satisfied with all of the info I had found, I slapped the strips on.  They went on super easy.  All you do is pull the clear, plastic strips off and place them across your teeth.  I pressed them down for about 5 seconds to make sure they were on nice and secure.  That was it!  Two hours later I peeled the strips off and BAM!  A brighter smile!  The first day it was a little subtle, but got more noticeable the more times I had used them.  With 7 in a box, there is a weeks supply.  I did notice that my teeth were a bit sensitive after use.  It seemed 6-8 hours after use, my teeth would get sensitive and almost sore.  But the next morning everything was back to normal. This happened with every use.

As up keep on my sparkling new white smile, I used the whitening toothpaste.  Not too minty!! I didn’t have any problems with the toothpaste at all.  It was hard for me to tell if it was whitening because I was using the strips, but I had my hubby use it, too.  He had a little whitening.  Not an all at once brightening like the strips, but a subtle whitening.  Josh said ”that his teeth felt as clean as they do coming out of the dentist” :)
