New Stroller, Used Stroller, & Worn Out Stroller! {Balboa Baby Stroller Liner Review & Giveaway}

Do you have a stroller that has lived through the first of your children, only to have the third, well have to use a dirty old stroller? That is the situation with us. The first child got the brand spankin’ new stroller, the second got the gently used stroller, and the third got the “worn out” old stroller.

We recently had the opportunity to review the new Balboa Baby stroller liner. I choose the “swirl” pattern because it was pretty first off and would match our umbrella stroller perfectly. It features a universal fit so it will fit any stroller.

When it arrived I was very excited to give the old stroller it’s facelift. It was super easy to put on. You simply thread the stroller straps through and it makes an instant facelift on the old stroller. Now the third baby gets something nice and new….his stroller liner!

I love that I can take it off when needed and wash it in the washing machine and return without worry of the stroller’s original seat getting dirty. Thanks Balboa Baby for the great stroller liner. We L-O-V-E it!

Keepin’ your Buggy Safe! {buggyguard Review and Giveaway}

I have heard horror stories of mom’s at the amusement park or aquarium. Where they leave there stroller for a little while to go on a ride or see an event. Only to come back to find their stroller missing? A stroller is such a big investment when you are paying hundreds of dollars and if mine ever went missing I would be very upset.

That’s where buggyguard has you protected. They offer stroller security for all moms with strollers. I am so happy to own the “monkey” buggyguard. I keep it in my diaper bag so it’s always with us when we are shopping or out and about as I have a few strollers that I like to use. Thank goodness for strollers, I don’t know what I would do without mine! There are just some errands that the kids have to be strapped in for! Now that Ava is getting older, there are times when she gets to walk with me, but Hollis has to ride. We have a great double stroller, but it is so big and bulky that for quick trips with just Hollis riding, it doesn’t make any sense to drag the double along! Kolcraft generously sent me their Tour Sport Reclining Umbrella Stroller and it has made all the difference for us! I hardly ever use the double stroller anymore! The umbrella stroller is much smaller and so light, but still has so many fabulous features that I {and Hollis} love! And can I tell you that I LOVE having more trunk space?! I almost forgot how awesome that is. I mean, there is actually room for groceries back there! Imagine that! One of my favorite features of the Tour Sport Reclining Umbrella Stroller is that it reclines. This allows me to make Hollis comfortable and he can even rest a bit if he feels like it! The handles are also wonderful. They are nicely padded, but it just seems like the handles are a bit longer than other’s I’ve tried. I am 5 foot 10, so if a stroller has short handles my back starts aching pretty quickly. With the Tour Sport Reclining Umbrella Stroller, I don’t have to bend at all to push it around, making my back pain free and a more comfortable experience for myself or my tall husband! This stroller is so convenient for quick trips, it even has a sweet little gear bag on the back to keep any necessities in, as well as a snap on cup holder for a drink! Love it!

When Folded, The Smallest Buggy In The World! {Quinny Zapp Stroller Giveaway}

When it comes to my trunk of my car….I don’t have much room for a stroller. By the time I put my travel system in there, I hardly have any room for groceries or shopping bags. So when I was introduced to the Quinny Zapp I was thrilled. When it is folded, it’s the ‘smallest buggy in the world’! Just what I need. I don’t have to compromise style and quality in my stroller in order to fit it in my trunk. This stroller features lots of goodies: First off the sleek attractive design, great for airplane or train trips, turns into a travel system when you add a maxi-cosi car seat, 360 degree lockable wheels, and it turns on a dime. It has all the functions of a full size stroller in a compact able design that makes it small and easy to take with you wherever you go!

A few things that I don’t like about this stroller are: seat doesn’t recline for napping

, the basket is pretty small so not much room for storing goodies or shopping bags, the handlebars would be great if they has some padding on them. I also wish that the handle bars would adjust for us taller parents.

Features that I love: Color selection, the 360 degree wheels (that lock and can be unlocked), how small it becomes when folded, carrying case for easy transportation, sleek look and design.

Duo! {EasyWalker Review}

With two kids a double stroller is not a want…it is a need!

So when we found out we were expecting baby #2 I started researching double strollers. I couldn’t believe how many different models and options they all carried. But which one would be best for our family?

The EasyWalker Duo!

We were graciously sent the Duo stroller made by EasyWalker to review. It weighs 37 pounds so it is a bit heavier than my single stroller that I previously used with my first baby. Lifting this will be a bit of an adjustment on my part due to the size and weight. Plus, being pregnant I can’t really lift that much weight so I left that part to my hubby. He didn’t seem to think it was that heavy. It can accommodate children from birth up to 4 years old. So this is perfect for our newborn and and little guy who will be two soon.

Putting it together only took about 30 minutes and we were ready to roll. The width of this stroller is only 29 inches so it will still fit through any standard doorway. That was a concern of mine before I had the opportunity to test it out so I was so happy when I wheeled it around my house and I was able to go in and out of the rooms. The Duo does feature a light weight aluminum frame and it folds down very nicely. Flat enough to fit in the trunk of my car. I was very happy about that.

It features so many wonderful options, but these are my favorites:

*360 degrees swiveling front wheels with a fixed option-turns on a dime.

*height adjustable handle bar-so the hubby and I can have it at our desired height.

*spacious shopping basket-I love shopping and I love having so much room for all my goodies.
