We recently had the opportunity to review this precious Back To Sleep Bear from Prince Lionheart. First off with bringing a new baby home brings with it many sleepless nights for mom and dad. So when Prince Lionheart offered to send me this adorable bear I couldn’t resist. Anything to help me aid with our sleep was worth a try.

The Back To Sleep Bear is super soft and cuddly teddy bear that features a sound box (that stuffs safely inside the back of the bear) and silkie blankie attached to it.  It is a little bit bigger than I expected, but not too big. I simply place it in the baby’s crib away from her, since she is still in the back sleeping stage and let it do it’s work. When I first opened the package my little guy wanted it all to himself. I then had to explain to him that it was for the baby to help her sleep. I think he would have loved having this at bedtime too and he is two years old. He then proceeded to place it in her bassinet, but he admires it every time he sees it.

The Back To Sleep Bear features:

* A Sound box that has a 5 minutes shut off timer to help you save batteries. The sound box has actually recording of the inside of a mother’s womb. What a familiar sound for baby.

* You can record your own voice on the sound box. What a great way for mommy to sing the baby back to sleep.

* A Sound and motion sensor that turns the recording back on when baby cries or the bear is moved. I love this feature. No need to get out of bed to turn it on or off. It works all on it’s own.

* The Silkie (small blankie attached to the bear) that mom and dad can transfer their scent to. The Silkie is super soft and smooth and a great reassuring comfort for baby when mom and dad are trying to get some shut eye.

I highly recommend the Back To Sleep Bear to any new baby or mommy!

The Dozy Dolphin is a travel-size plush toy that plays four water-based sounds helping to create a bedtime routine by using soothing sounds at or away from home. My daughter was instantly in love. She is an animal lover as well as stuffed animal lover, so the dozy dolphin was just about perfection to her. Once she realized it made noise it became even better! She seriously sat and played with it for an hour after opening it; listening to the sounds, turning the volume up and down, snuggling with it, so, so cute! The dolphin plays four water based sounds: dolphins playing, whale songs, tranquil melody, and ocean waves. I find the ocean waves the most relaxing, but Ava really likes to listen to the dolphins playing when she gets in bed. When Ava finally put it down, I let my son hold it. He is only 5 months, so he pretty much just tried to chew on Dozy Dolphin’s fins, but I really think he responded to the sounds. The Dozy Dolphin is super soft and made of hypoallergenic bamboo fabric. It also has an attached strap allowing easy attachment to strollers or car seats. I love the sleep timer options; one for 23 minutes and one for 45 minutes. So great that I can let Ava take it to bed and know it will turn off without me having to bust out my Charlie’s Angels moves and sneak in to turn it off, chancing waking up sleeping beauty!
