I have fine hair, but I have a lot of hair. It takes me 3 hours to get my hair colored because I have so much hair. My hubby on the other hand is the opposite so Healthy Hair Plus sent him the Bioten Biotin Hair Growth Kit to give a whirl. You see, his hair is fine AND thin. It isn’t thinning, yet (don’t tell him I said ‘yet’). He has hair but because of the combination and his hair line it looks like his hair is thinning.

ME PLEASE!! You just apply the shampoo from root to tips, massaging front to back, leave on for 30 seconds and rinse. It smells DELICIOUS! The spearmint scent is awakening and fresh! (Plus, when I smelled this, I knew hubby was sneaking a test 
) This shampoo improves and stimulates scalp circulation, promotes faster, healthier growth, gently cleans oil, dirt, and product residue, and leaves hair soft, manageable and smelling fresh. It leaves my hair so much softer, shiner, and smoother than the shampoo I was using before. This is thanks to the panthenol and Emu oil. These are perfect for my bleached naturally blonde dry, brittle hair.
Remember how I said your hair will grow faster? The shampoo and conditioner left my hair so clean and shiny. Before, I felt like I HAD to wash my hair every day or it looked gross. Day 2 would always have to be a hair up day if I didn’t wash it, otherwise I would look greasy. Day 3…well there could be no day 3. Bioten left my hair so clean I could wear my hair down for 2 days, day three could be a top up day, and day 4 a hair up day! WHOA! That cuts down on a lot of time blowing my hair dry…not to mention saves my hair from a lot of unnecessary damage.
