Wham! Bang! ZAP! {Tanda Skincare Review & Giveaway}

Credit: Mean Mommy University

I don’t know what the heck has been my face’s deal lately.  I am 27 and breaking out like a 14 year old boy.  I am not just talking about some little blackheads or one whitehead….I am talking about full blown undergrounders that never come to a red, are bright red, and hurt like crazy.  Come on!  Can’t a girl get a break!?

I haven’t ever really hard big break outs like this…ever!  Not even when I was in middle school during my gawky stages.  So what gives now and how do I fix it?

Tanda Skincare is a “modular handheld light therapy system offering two skincare solutions: a 414nm blue light treatment head for the treatment and prevention of mild to moderate acne and a 660nm red light treatment head for skin rejuvenation to combat the signs of aging.”  Who knew that light could actually heal the skin!?

I first learned about Tanda at Nordstrom.  I was getting my eyebrows and lip waxed.  I asked my waxer (if that is what you call her) what I could do to prevent breakouts after being waxed.  It seemed like I was always getting little zits on the tops of my eyebrows and the edges of my lip.  She said, “Let’s Tanda you.”  Whoa!  Wait!  Let’s do what?  She brought over an acne light therapy device with a blue light and told me to put it on an area I normally break out.  After providing a couple of quick treatments I went home to see what results I would get.

UH-MAZE-ING!  I didn’t break out!  Not one little tiny zit…nothing!  I couldn’t believe it!  I had to learn more.

Breakouts occur when hormonal changes cause us to produce more oil.  Bacteria feeds on the oil and multiply, clogging pores.  “White blood cells move in to fight off the invading bacteria -the result, a pimple.”  Yuck!  “Blue LED light has been clinically proven to kill acne-causing…bacteria, clearing existing blemishes and preventing future outbreaks.”  HALLELUIAH!

Look at how much blue LED light can make a difference:

A significantly less amount of bacteria is present when blue light is applied for 6 minutes.  In fact…

100% of users had clearer skin!

If that isn’t good enough for you, then you deserve to have zits! ;)

Tanda Zap is the cutest like beauty device ever!  Plus it is a total life saver.  Total.  When you press the little orange triangle a bright blue light turns on and there is a warm sonic vibration.  The light zaps your zit and the warmth and vibration open pores so there isn’t any place for bacteria to hide.  Come out! Come out!  Wherever you are bacteria!

It isn’t painful!  It doesn’t dry out your skin like medicines can!  It just zaps away those little suckers!!  Acne light treatment is so much better than creams, foams, and lotions.

Here is the best part…it is only $49 AND it comes with a 100% money back guarantee for all you skeptics :)

Look at Sarah’s before and after photos!!

WHOA!  Huge difference huh!?  I just love this little guy.  I especially love the size.  It sure makes it easy to travel with…we all know how bad it stinks to be on vacation and get a zit.  Who wants that in all of their pictures!?

Today Tanda Skin care is giving one amazingly lucky and soon to be zit free reader…

a Tanda ZAP!!!

    learned:

Unlike topical products that treat the signs of aging from the outside in, the Tända Anti-Aging Solutions work from the inside-out to actually get your skin to behave younger!

I was an exchange student when I was 18 to a South American country. Even though I had graduated from high school in the U.S., part of the whole exchange experience was to attend a school there. I went to a mixed public school where I had to wear a uniform–completely new to me! Also new: no makeup was allowed! There was another American girl in my class. She and I both had long blonde hair, were of similar height and build and generally kind of looked alike–especially to the kids in our class. And we both had fairly obvious acne. One day, the ‘artistic’ kid in class was drawing caricatures. He drew one picture of a girl with long, light hair and loads of zits. The other kids asked him which one of the ‘gringas’ it was supposed to be. He laughed and said ‘Either one!’ I was really embarrassed and hurt by the whole thing.

I learned that if you buy any Tanda Solutions-based device you can then buy interchangeable heads for it to meet whatever skincare need you have! So you can go from cane to anti-aging using the same device. Cool, convenient and cost-effective!

This just happened as a matter of fact..I had a huge zit on my cheek and I picked at it (yea, I know..not smart and I’m 45 years old too). Well it grew and grew and grew and I finally went to a dermatologist who thought it might be skin cancer. She did a biopsy and I waited a whole week on pins and needles. It wasn’t…it was huge from me picking at it! Dumb.
