For an Enchanted Holiday Season {Prima Princessa Presents The Nutcracker DVD Review}

The Nutcracker always puts me in the holiday mood! I watched it so many times as a kid, and my mom taped several renditions of it on our VCR and I watched them over and over again.

I’m happy to pass the tradition to my girls, starting with the Prima Princessa Presents The Nutcracker DVD. I was so excited to watch this with my girls! They of course loved it! They haven’t stopped twirling around the room ever since. They watched with wonder the production of The Nutcracker featuring England’s world-famous Birmingham Royal Ballet, and couldn’t get enough of the little Prima Princessa Ballerinas and the students of the School of American Ballet. I’m glad that they are starting to love ballet and that they loved watching The Nutcracker…Prima Princessa really knows how to gear it towards the little ones to make it enjoyable for them.

I knew I would love this DVD because I had previously reviewed the book Prima Princessa’s Ballet for Beginners. I have already recommended the book to my friends who have little girls starting ballet class and I’ll definitely be telling them about the Prima Princessa Presents The Nutcracker DVD.

I should also mention the bonus features: students from the School of American Ballet demonstrate arm positions and port de bras, plus they’ve got some great holiday craft ideas and games as well. My girls loved the Holiday Freeze Dance!
