It talks about the history and techniques of swaddling and also includes heartwarming humor and stories that I adored. I think it’s the best thing for a newborn. When my first baby was born the nurses would swaddle him up so tight and he would sleep and sleep. I asked the nurse to show me just how she did it. When I arrived home I became a swaddling pro.
