As an active mom based on Canada’s wet and rugged West Coast, Lisa discovered that finding warm footwear for her young kids was near impossible. With her five-month old son in a backpack, Lisa resorted to wrapping scarves around her son’s legs to keep him warm. When she met another mom with a boot that look a lot like a fleece-lined chalk bag (which was made-by-hand for her child), Lisa instantly knew that these booties could fill a need in the market. Together, they created some samples and attended their first trade show in 2004.
Stonz sent me a pair of Zebra Faux Fur Booties to review and I knew the perfect little girl to try them out. My little niece! She is one of those always looks SUPER CUTE & TRENDY thanks to her mommy! So I knew these would be a great new item for her darling wardrobe. When we put th
em on her chubby little fit with her black leggings and denim skirt they were A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E to say the least! I couldn’t get over how cute they are. They feature a faux fur material and a nice warm fleece lining. We loved the wide opening so her feet were very easy to get in and out. They have a rubberized sole that is great for little walking and traction. You also use the adjustable toggles at the calf and ankle to provide a perfect fit and you know they won’t slip off when you are out and about. We loved that. Because we hate it when our little ones lose a shoe while out shopping. Then you have to search the store for it….no more worries there. Take a look for yourself. They are so cute! A definite must-have for every baby! They would make a great baby shower or birthday gift too!
